repeal of Pr Fonzirelli First Executive Order

Mr. President, Mr Vice-President, dear Members of the Assembly.

As member of this region,
As member of this forum,
as member of this Assembly,
I submit to the Assembly the following proposal:

"We, members od the Assembly, think that the registration to the forum is a major concern for our region and must be a decision done by the Assembly. Based on that, the Assembly:

- Declare invalid the First Executive Order announced by President Fonzirelli;
- Will debate and take a vote, after adoption of this resolution, on this Executive Order. "

The vote on this proposal will end Tuesday Sept. 15 at the end of the day.
Please do not debate under this topic, just vote. Debate is for later.

First off you can propose it, you don't need me to do it. Second, what would this do?
