Description: The institution of a collective database of regional passwords.

Applauding the recent success of the Free Society community in it's endeavors to grow by unity.

Recognizing each nations individual and particular claim of contribution to the development of the community.

Considering that all nations, in order to create a more perfect union, are subject to the criticism of their peers, and are expected to receive such criticism maturely and with the best of their ability

Inviting all who wish to create a regional trust through the institution of a private collective sector of the passwords of Free Society.
Hereby requests that all nations may confide in these standards set by this Collective Passwords Act

1. Designates that the Congress of Security may provide public access of passwords to any nation who secures a vote of confidence in the National Congress of Free Society, in the event of one government's failure to provide adequate means of life to their people.
