Greetings, my friends!

Let me introduce myself. I'm Nathaniel Urian, the king of the Nolamon Commonwealth and the ruler of its colonies.
Now, let me introduce the history of Nolamon and tell you how the voyaging tribe became the great Commonwealth.
The Nolamians were voyaging people, bringing faith and knowledge to the barbarians. Then the tribe built their first city, Dahea, which is still the most important port in the Commonwealth. Then begun the Empiric Era, when the king had absolute power. In these times the Nolamon Empire gained several territories. We call our nation the Nolamon Commonwealth since we built our first colonizing ship and elected our first free parliament. Since then we adopted democracy, and gave absolute freedom to everybody in the Commonwealth. Nolamon has no prisons. Only one prison has been built in the Empiric Era, and we have successfully converted it to a rehabilitational center where we help the few who couldn't respect our laws.

I took Latin for a while. After the second year, I dropped out.

I took Latin for a summer..... I forgot almost everything.... I remeber like 5 words....

I took Latin for four years in middle and high school. Man, I'm such a nerd. I forget a lot of it now, since I don't use it. Were you guys using the Latin Cambridge series with Caceleus and Quintus or the Ecce, Romana!/Wheelock series?

I think my brain can only handle three languages at once so I forget how to decline stuff in Latin a lot lol

LOLZ 4 years of Spanish and I can hardly remember how to ask "Where's the bathroom?"

why not? All a commonwealth originally was, was a state/nation-state governed with the thought of the common good of the people in mind rather than just helping out a particular class. Anyways, a democratic constitutional monarchy is a commonwealth but also has a monarch as head of state.

Man, I feel like if Quintus just got laid, that series would have only been one and a half books and he coulda saved himself all those wacky hijinks and murder attempts.
