Since 4 and 6 are in the lead, would you care to explain the design of these two flags before I cast my vote?
Each piece in every nation's flag has a specific meaning behind it. It's suppose to tell a story of the nation...what we stand for.
I just want to make sure one of these flags does exactly that, or at least to some extent.

ooo, my bad! I had posted the poll before I left for work and then forgot to do that when I came back =. Anyroad:

flag one: The symbol is a reiki symbol called cho-ku-rei which basically means: "creative energy goes here." It's a symbol of not only power, but balance and some people believe it to be the representation of a coiled snake. To me, the cho-ku-rei symbolizes the potential of our region, the balance of our members and circular/spiral designs have always had an "everlasting" connotation which would be that our region is everlasting. Jagged white edge is not only to off-balance the soft curves of the cho-ku-rei but to symbolize that we would be willing to fight for our region. Blue represents loyalty and peace and the white represents pureness of mind/spirit, and strength.

flag two: The star is representative of our stive to reach for lofty goals. The green represents growth and opportunity as well as prosperity, see above descriptions for white and blue meanings

flag three: The design is a mathematical design called the flower of life. It's perfectly symmetrical, owing again to harmony and balance. The flower itself is supposed to represent Free Society while the blue background represents the oceans around it. Other colors are described above: Yellow - represents vibrancy, life and the sun

flag four: The triangles are three in number and have three sides representing the three principal stages of cosmic evolution (quantum, genetic, synaptic) thus this flag is more an allusion to our intelligence as a region.

flag five: see color descriptions above: the circle represents the sun, the green the earth, the blue the ocean and the white the sky

flag six: see description for flag one. Same as flag one basically but with a less pronounced jagged edge and I added green.

Wy are all of the flags blue and green? Shouldn't we vote on color too, or did I miss when we voted for that.

There wasn't a vote on color, I just imagine that to be the color scheme, but in the other thread where I'd first posted the flags, I left it up for any suggestions or color changes and no one has anything to say about it. But, I'm always open to suggestions. If you have color preference, leave me a note here or PM me and explain why you picked those particular colors and for what flag or if you have a new design for one. It's never to late to make a new one. If I get new flag entries, there'll be a second vote with whatever flag(s) won this poll and the new ones if anyone sends me any.

I was just wondering. I don't really like the color but I don't have any suggestions.

You can do whatever you will with them, you made them. Color is up to you.

It's what the region decided. I dont think anyone has the right to object when it was voted on

True, but I know not everyone voted and if there were a disproportionate amount of objections, then it'd be wiser to know about em.

Although, I guess if you didn't vote, you can't complain =D
