The Borderlands of Tadao

OK, here I am in Free Society, out of all the messages I recieved over the first 2 days, this seemed like the best place to start.

Here's the background info...
Tadao is a nation populated entirely by Ninjas and it's government is run as such, (political changes use assassinations instead of voting), Tadao is led by a warlord who controls the entire country until the time when he himself is assassinated and replaced by another warlord.
Over the last 30 years, there have been 4 different warlords in power and the country changes with each new one, the previous warlords have been against joining in with the modern world however that has recently changed with the new Warlord taking power, Tadao is now a thriving modern country and in Free Society it will become great.
