Contracting the Flag Maker

As this regions official flag maker I shall endevour to create any flag that is asked of me. All I ask in return is that the requests be as clear and explanitory as possible, and a little patience.

Should you desire a flag then simply make a new topic describing what you have in mind. Colours as specific as possible, for example, Seafoam Green rather than just Green. If the description is not enough fo me to conceptualise a flag then I shall ask you to add more detail in whatever section. However, if you're not really bothered then just say and I'll whip up something that fits into your loose description.

If you are unsatisfied with anything I produce then you can sove it up your please don't hesitate to say so. I am perfectly happy to redo a flag as many times as it will take to make you happy.

I don't know how to show you a sample here into the mesage, but it is easy to find sample by google with "Quebec Flag".

I want the same but with the "Fleur-de-lis" (The 4 signs) and the cross with colors inverted. I mean the cross will be blue, the "square" will be white and the "Fleur-de-lis" will be blue.

In the midle of the blue cross , litttle stars in white to make a circle as Europeen Flag, but not so may. Just what you need to make a circle as them (maybe six?).
