I made you an Administrator. There should be a botton on the very bottom of the home page that says "Administration Panel". Click that and go General, then Catigories and Forums. You can continue from there.
It's an Office of the Vice President isnt it? I have one already set up, it just needs subjects in it to appear on the home page.
