Assembly Coaliton (AC)
Dear Members of free Society Region.
Many of you have decided to stay Independant and Batiska understand your concern. Political party is not a good way to manage your international concerns.
Here, at Assembly Coalition, we are not realy a party. We are independant nations who's looking in the same direction: a region where we can have a voice!
At this time, the only goal of this coalition is:
A congressman elected on the next election and partisan of Assembly Coalition will promote as first and major task for Congress to adopt the Free Society Assembly Act.
This act proposed will included these articles:
1- A Free Society Assembly (FSA) is created.
2- All members registered to the Free Society Forum is members of FSA.
3- All members of FSA have 1 vote to the Assembly.
4- When this act adopted, the fist task of the Assemnly will be to elect a Chairman of Assembly and a Vice Chariman of Assembly, based on a vote of 50%+1 for both of them.
5- The only role provided by this act to the Chairman and Vice-Chairman is to manage debates. The Assembly can add other roles to them and also other function.
6-The Congres will not discuss other details regarding FSA. It will be done by the Assembly.
7-When:
- an appropriate forum will be created for FSA
- a Chairman and Vice-Chairman will be elected
Congress will declare this Institution abolished.
Being member of the colation will not disturb your National Thinking. You will just joined a team who wants to built a tool for a democratic expression of all members, and you!
As always, Republic of Batiska said: different nations building one region!

I would like to join this party and, when the time comes, run for congress and propose the FSA.

Due to not having enough time to start my own party. I'll give my backing to this group.

I think this is a fantastic idea, Apanii would be more than happy to join.
Re: Assembly Coaliton (AC)
I will not be candidate as President. Too much time is required for doing a good job and being usefulfor members of the region.
feel free id one of you want to be candidate.
As coalition, we are free to support the candidate each of us preffer. For sure if one of them supports the goal of ours coalition, I hope you will vote for him/her. If all of us agree with one candidate, it is possible for us to make an official annoucement.

Re: Assembly Coaliton (AC)
As you say: Go AC!!
few changes must be done to the proposal. Now as the president is elected by all members of the forum, maybe he will be President of the Assembly? Elected in future by the assembly?
Also another suggestion: if elected as President maybe you can declare Assembly constituate and the actual Congress abolished.
Ministers will be elected by the Assembly too?

Re: Assembly Coaliton (AC)
I currently dissaprove of the new President and his "Executive Order". His authoratarian way of going about government is not one that I agree with, and do not feel is the best way to recruit new Nations to Free Society, or encourage being active. I feel that the lack of dissaproval within our own ranks here at the AC shows to me that many of you think that there is nothing wrong with President Fonz's policy of making it mandatory to join this forum. But to ensure that my words are taken not just as words, but as something to be taken seriously, I now no longer want to be a member of this party. I will wait until the party standings no longer show me as an AC member to make up my mind as to which party I choose.

Re: Assembly Coaliton (AC)
Ac didn't have a formal opinion on the regsitration to the forum. But based on the sprit of the coaliton we suggest strongly to the president to let the Assembly decide on this.
This is the position of AC on that: let members decide by the Assembly.

Re: Assembly Coaliton (AC)
Not that anyone cares but, this is how the Whig Party (American) fell in the late 1800's. They did not have a formal position on slavery. It is a good idea to have a formal poisition on, if not all, most issues.
Re: Assembly Coaliton (AC)
Hi LowerLand,
I don't know for U.S., but in English tradition, parties let their members votes freely on major questions regarding the society (usualy related to moral questions).
The basic goal of the Coalition is to built and preserved an assembly where all members of the forum can have a voice and a vote.
The fact to register to the forum have to be or not to be mandatory is another question. On this one, everybody is free to debate and vote.
For AC, the most important is that everyone can participate and having a democratical vote on that question.

Re: Assembly Coaliton (AC)
While that is true, there is almost always two major opinions on issues, and the two major American parties, Democractic and Republican, will have the twodiffering opinions. The Democrats having a liberal opinion on the issue where as the Republicans would have a conseveritive view. The two parties will have their offical stances, but the members would be able to vote how ever they want. They would usally vote on the side their party stands for because they are in that party therefore they believe in what that party stands for. There are some cases where a person would vote against what their party stands for, for example, I consider myself a Democrat, although I am too young to offically be in a party, the Democratic Party's platform says that Gay Marriage should be legal, I personally dont (I am sorry to anyone that does or to anybody that might be gay). But both the Dems. and the GOP have a formal stance on all issues if I am not mistaken.
Re: Assembly Coaliton (AC)
Assembly Coalliton is still going to his goals!
We work hard to get a formal voice for all Members of the forum and formal vote on any major questions regarding the Region.
Join AC! Make your Nation a part of it!

You said to correct you. I'd like to tell you why it's like that, but alas, I do not know enough about English to explain it properly. Hope this helps. =]
