I see that we have a Minister of Culture and History, but no Minister of Federation Defense. Our fragile fledgling group requires such a centralized leadership structure if we are to advice on the world stage. As a domestically sound and prosperous nation, I think Aidsboat would be able to devote sufficient time and attention to our collective safety and the safety of our organization as a whole, and I as Chancellor would be honored to take upon our peoples the responsability of all of our safeties.
