Alliance with Gath?

Oh.... hehehe.... Sorry everyone!

One of the head people in the Government used to be the founder of the region I first moved to when I started the game(Civilization). A fellow member, Former Vice President, Gramstandard, telegramed me (We were both new to the game), suggesting that we work together to figure the game out, I then suggested we create our own region. Free Society was then created. So from then on, the founder of my old region would telegram me everyonce and a while, and the last time he did I asked him if his region needed/wanted any alliances, because I wanted some Allies for our region. He said sure. And that is where this alliance came from.

Shouldn't that have gone through Congress, or at least been announced first?

Agreed. Isn't this supposed to be discussed first with.... The vice-president, Minister of cultural affairs, Defense. etc.

I find it hard to believe the US president just creates alliances with other nations without running it by someone.

We were really already alliances, I just wanted to make it officall. I am soory members of Free Society. Next time I will run it through the public next time we have a possible ally.
