What do we want? (Question/debate)

I'm just wondering: as a region, what do we want? Do we want to attract as many people as possible? Do we want to reach the highest rank as a region? Do we want to form a realistic, functional governmental system? Or do we just want to have fun?

It's been bugging me, because we have significantly dwindled in number and, consequently, rank. What I propose is that we figure out what the majority of us wish to achieve and, once that is agreed upon, take steps to achieve it.
