Second Foundation Act

By this Act, members of the Assemby want to rebuild the Free Society on new bases.
1) The Assembly Consitution Act is the base of the Fress Society.
2) The actual President Mandate will be extended to 2010 Feb 01. It will let time to the Society to rebuild a political life.
3) The assembly will elect a Chairman who will submit to the Assembly Act suggested by members for discussion and vote. 1 or 2 Act will be discussed at the same time.
4) New debates will be submitted by the Chairman and will be avalaible each Monday or during the Week End before.
5) Votes will be done between Friday and the following week end of every week.
