I would like to apply for your second in command position.
Are we doing this by the minister of Defense's appointment or by election when there are enough people to actually uphold a government?

I'm gonna do this by appointment, like a cabinet, unless there are serious objections from my superiors... and since there have been no other applicants, I guess you've got the job. Anyone desiring position in the Department of Defense, just ask.I'll see about a Deputy staff position.

Well I doubt I could hold two offices, but who knows. Maybe we could devise something where our ministries interact. I.e military escorts for traveling diplomats. Almost like a more widespread Praetorian Guard.

No objection from me. This is your cabinet. Do so however you please.
Now to Meadowdale, of course you can hold to positions. Aidsboat, for example, is the Minister of Defense and he is also running for WA Delegate and Congress. It is just much more respolsibility.
