Organization of the regional government?

Should we establish some sort if constitution?

I believe that a constitution would add authenticity and unity under a common law for our region. Perhaps we could form a Constitutional Committee of sorts to hammer out the details?

When do you think we should have our first elections? Say maybe when we have about ten people?

10-15 people would be ideal, I think. That would give the candidates more of a challenge to compete and win votes.

I'm trying to recruit...how do you guys find nations that have just formed? I sent some teegrams, but I may have been too late.

You go to the five feeder regions (the Pacifics) you go down to Regional Happenings. See if there are any bullet points that say (Nation) was founded. We want nations that were founded within 30 mins. Ones past that time propably already have thier minds set on a region they are going to move to. We also have a priority to recruit nations with high political freedoms. You can recruit others. But those with Political Freedoms are our priority.
