Executive Order 5
Starting next election cycle, the Head of Congress shall be chosen from the party with the majority in Congress.
Re: Executive Order 5
If the next Congress has still 3 members, it is possible to get an independant and 1 representative of each party. What will hapen?
If we are 5, we can get a score of 2-2-1. What will happen?
This one needs some clarification I think.

I dislike this proposal immensely and believe that Congress should elect it's own leadership.

Well, for the ones that live in the U.S, you might know of Senators Berny Sanders (I-Vermont) and Joe Lieberman (I-Connecticut). These two are Independents that caucus with the Democrats. I was thinking that we could do something like that. Thoughs?
Re: Executive Order 5
Sorry, but all you refered is nothing for me. If being U.S citizen (because Mexican and Canadian are also American like other Central an South American people) is a problem, let us know. I didn't get any answer on that.

Re: Executive Order 5
Wait, what? I was just saying that in the U.S. we have two Senators, that are registered Independents, they ran for the Senate as Independents, but are affilliate with the Democractic party. I was thinging we could have any Independents that would like to run for anything rrun as Independents, but like Sen. Sanders and Sen. Lieberman, be affiliated with a party.
Re: Executive Order 5
No, if you're affiliated with a party, you are a member of that party, and you are running according to the principles of that party. If you choose to affiliate with a party, then why not register with them?
If you're going to be Independent, you must run on an independent platform.
