Executive Order 2
Candidates running for any office are barred from voting in the election for the same office.
Why?
I do not understand why people running for office or seeking re-election cannot vote. I understand that with a government the size of ours that the incumbent administration presents itself as a sizable voting bloc and of course, would not be interested in voting itself out of power, but this could be changed by term limits. Term limits would bring more accountability to those who's position was filled by being appointed by having to explain what and how they have done during a past administration to a new elected government.

Re: Executive Order 2
Well, I think you may be slightly confused. Candidates can vote, they just cant vote in the same election(s) they are running in.

I don't really see why not, it may the tiebreaker. There's no reason to limit anyone's right to vote, if thsi is a "free society."
